Every product is 100% digital. Nothing is printed, packaged or shipped. You receive a ZIP file to download and keep.

Church communications and media teams, worship leaders and worship teams, youth and student ministry leaders, church photographers, and volunteers responsible for a church's content. No design or technical background is assumed.

It depends on the product, and each product page lists its formats. In summary: the template kits need only a web browser (Chrome is recommended) and any text editor. The planning systems and databases import into Notion, Google Sheets or Excel. The Lightroom presets need Adobe Lightroom — Classic, desktop/cloud or mobile. The background packs are PNG images that work in ProPresenter, EasyWorship, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva and standard video editors. The AI guide is a PDF plus an editable Word file.

Checkout and delivery are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. When your payment completes, Lemon Squeezy emails a receipt with a secure download link for the product you bought. The files are not hosted publicly on this website.

Use the download link in the confirmation email Lemon Squeezy sends immediately after purchase. That email also links to your Lemon Squeezy customer portal, where every order placed with the same email address can be re-downloaded later. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before getting in touch.

All payment methods enabled on our Lemon Squeezy store, which typically includes major credit and debit cards and PayPal. The full list appears at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.

Every product includes a LICENSE file setting out its usage rights, and the Lightroom presets include their licence terms in the README. Read that file first — if your situation is not covered, get in touch before you use the files.

Refunds are not available. Every product is a digital download and delivery is immediate, so all sales are final. If a file is damaged or will not download, get in touch and it will be repaired or replaced.

Get in touch through the contact page with your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt, and describe what went wrong. Broken or incomplete files are replaced.
